Each morning begins with sunrise meditation, welcoming the new day with stillness, intention and the gentle warmth of the Portuguese sunshine. Followed by a sample of what a day will consist of.

A Day on Retreat in Portugal

6:30 AM - Sunrise Meditation

Begin the day with stillness, gentle breathing and meditation as the sun rises, setting a calm and intentional tone for the day ahead.

8:30–10:00 AM - Yoga/Pilates

An extended morning practice combining yoga or Pilates to awaken the body, build strength, improve flexibility and leave you feeling energised and grounded.

Enjoy a delicious, nutritious vegetarian brunch, with fresh seasonal ingredients prepared by our Private Chief. Time to connect over wonderful food and conversation.

Take time for yourself. Relax by the rooftop pool, book a massage, wander through Olhão's charming streets, visit the local markets or head out to discover the beautiful nearby beaches. There may also be a special workshop or retreat activity during this time.

4:30–6:00 PM - Slow Flow/ Pilates.

Come together for a soothing Yin or restorative yoga practice, or a thoughtfully curated workshop designed to encourage relaxation, reflection and deeper connection. This is also a wonderful time to enjoy a nurturing massage.

6:30 PM - Sunset Gathering

Pause, breathe and soak up the golden evening light as we gather together to reflect on the day, connect and enjoy the magic of being in Portugal.

7:30 PM onwards - Dinner with Our Private Chef

End the day with a beautiful, freshly prepared dinner by our private chef, Ricardo. Enjoy delicious food, meaningful conversations and relaxed evenings together beneath the Portuguese sky.

This is an example of our daily rhythm. Timings and activities may vary slightly throughout the retreat, allowing us to make the most of the weather, our surroundings and the needs of the group.

A little movement, a little stillness, plenty of sunshine!

  • Every time, I leave feeling lighter, restored, and deeply grateful.

"What sets them apart for me is the attention to detail. Each retreat has a beautifully thought-out structure—never rushed or back-to-back, but always a perfect balance of guided sessions and spacious free time. The food and venues are consistently divine, and the atmosphere they create allows for true rest and restoration. Fi has a real gift for connecting the right energies in the group, which makes such a difference to the overall experience. And the little touches—the massages, the optional extras—are always brilliant and add to the sense of being fully cared for. Every time, I leave feeling lighter, restored, and deeply grateful.

  • I left feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely glad I’d stepped outside my comfort zone.

“This was my first ever retreat, and honestly, it’s not usually my kind of thing. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was surprised at how much I got from it. I loved the early morning guided meditation, which set the tone for the day, and the meal times were very social—great food, great company, and even cocktails if people wanted, which gave it a relaxed and inclusive feel. The days were really well balanced—not crammed, but structured enough to keep me engaged—plus plenty of free time to switch off. The food and venues were excellent, and I actually found the atmosphere really restorative. Fi has a great way of bringing people together without it feeling forced, and the extras like massage were a real bonus. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely glad I’d stepped outside my comfort zone.”

  • I would thoroughly recommend the whole experience to anyone to recharge your batteries in a beautiful setting!

The Osa Major retreat in Majorca is in a lovely picturesque location overlooking the surrounding countryside. The yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions were well run, flexible and delivered by experienced and fun teaching staff.  The food was freshly made each day using local produce and was delicious!
