Each retreat has a beautifully thought-out structure—never rushed or back-to-back, but always a perfect balance of guided sessions and spacious free time. The food and venues are consistently divine, and the atmosphere they create allows for true rest and restoration. Fi has a real gift for connecting the right energies in the group, which makes such a difference to the overall experience. “This was my first ever retreat, and honestly, it’s not usually my kind of thing. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was surprised at how much I got from it. I loved the early morning guided meditation, which set the tone for the day, and the meal times were very social—great food, great company, and even cocktails if people wanted, which gave it a relaxed and inclusive feel. The days were really well balanced—not crammed, but structured enough to keep me engaged—plus plenty of free time to switch off. The food and venues were excellent, and I actually found the atmosphere really restorative. Fi has a great way of bringing people together without it feeling forced, and the extras like massage were a real bonus. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely glad I’d stepped outside my comfort zone.”

The Osa Major retreat in Majorca is in a lovely picturesque location overlooking the surrounding countryside. The yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions were well run, flexible and delivered by experienced and fun teaching staff.  The food was freshly made each day using local produce and was delicious!

From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a truly restorative and personal retreat experience. The setting is absolutely idyllic, beautiful, and perfect for reconnecting with yourself and others. The chef and her team created beautiful food that’s was nourishing, fresh and incredibly delicious! The two teachers, the retreat host and her entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating ~ I left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to return.
